Guest Bio: Kenneth A. Goss, Esq.
KENNETH A. GOSS is a guest contributor to the New York Franchise Law Blog and has been engaged in the private practice of law since 2000. Mr. Goss currently serves as in-house counsel for the franchisor of a leading gourmet gift concept, which has approximately one thousand stores located throughout the United States and in at least nine countries internationally.
Mr. Goss is a member of both the Connecticut and New York Bars and is admitted to practice before the U. S. District Court, District of Connecticut, the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Goss holds a Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law, a Master of Business Administration degree from Quinnipiac University School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
